Missing Or Damaged Orders

At Aly-Cats we make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you in tip-top condition. We are very experienced and careful packers we insure all the parcels and packages we send out, as part our service. However, despite our best efforts, very occasionally items do go missing or are damaged in transit, so if you find that your order has not arrived in a timely manner or you feel that it has been damaged in transit, please contact us so we can sort it out for you, either by calling us on 01908 567402 between the hours of 10am-5pm (UK Hours) Monday to Friday or by sending an email to returns@aly-cats.co.uk

Not sure if your order is missing or not? Please see our 'shipping info' page for our estimated delivery times.

As a general rule, if you have been waiting over 10 days for a UK delivery and 28 days for a Worldwide delivery please let us know and we will try and trace your order for you (please note these are not delivery times).

Please also note that lost and damaged orders are very rare!
