Ordering with Aly-Cats could not be easier, but here a few pointers to help you out.

1. Browse the store, checking out the different departments for items you're interested in or use the search facility.

2. Once you've found an item you would like to purchase, you can place your order online via our online shopping basket or over the phone.

3. If you wish to order over the phone, you can call us on 01908 567402 between the hours of 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (UK hours) and we will process your order for you.

4. To place your order online, just click on the 'add to basket' button, next to the item of your choice, which will take you into the shopping cart, then just click on the confirm button and your item will be added to you shopping basket (it can be removed if you change your mind later).

5. At this point of the ordering process you can enter your delivery destination and you postage cost will be calculated.

6. Once you have confirmed your choice, you can either proceed directly to the check out, or continue shopping, by clicking on the appropriate button.

7. If you wish to continue shopping you can re-enter the store and continue to browse and add items to your shopping basket and you can return to your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the 'view basket' link in the navigation bar at the top of the web site pages.

8. Once you proceed into the check out you can enter your delivery, contact and payment details.

9. You will receive a confirmation email of your order when you have completed the check out process, you should keep this for your records.
