Aly-Cats are keen to reduce the impact of shipping costs for our customers; consequently, our shipping rates include postage costs, packaging, handling and insurance and are charged at cost, without surcharges.

We make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you in tip-top condition, by using the appropriate protective packaging for your order. We are very experienced and careful packers and over the years we have developed a highly secure, effective, way of shipping items.

Shipping is charged at cost and includes any relevant customs documentation charges, though it does not include any customs levies in the import of goods payable in your country. These would normally be paid directly to your countries national Customs & Excise authorities if relevant.

Your shipping charges are calculated during the processing of your order, but BEFORE you submit your order, so you can check the costs before your order is placed.

To check the postage cost of an item or items, please take the following steps:

1.	Click on the 'add to basket' button located next to the item on the web site.
2.	Click on the 'checkout now' button in the shipping basket (you can remove the item from your shopping basket at any time).
3.	Enter your shipping location.
4.	The shopping basket will display the item and the shipping cost.
5.	To find the shipping cost of more items, click on the 'continue shopping' button and then repeat steps 1 and 2

Please note that you are NOT committed to ordering an item by adding items to the shopping basket or checking postage costs.

Delivery times will vary depending on the country you are in and the delivery service selected.

We can ship items to you anywhere in the world that is served by a postal service!

We use recorded post within the UK, airmail to Europe and to the rest of the world.

Aly-Cats are committed to environmentally friendly practices, so we also re-use and recycle packaging for the outer layer of your parcel - so whilst your parcel may look a little unusual when it arrives, the environment benefits and you save on the packaging costs!
