Returns Policy We always want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Aly-Cats in the unlikely event that an item does not live up to your expectations then we will be more than happy to give you a full refund.
All products sold by Aly-Cats are covered by our 7 day money back guarantee and so if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us, following the returns procedure below, and be refunded.
This Guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your Statutory Consumer Rights.
Aly-Cats Returns Policy
If your order is not as stated on the Aly-Cats web site, we will refund the total cost, including return postage.
If you change your mind about a product you have ordered, you will receive a full purchase price refund, but, Aly-Cats will not refund the return postage.
Your refund is subject to the following conditions:
- The goods were purchased from Aly-Cats Online Antiques and Collectables Store.
- The goods are returned to Aly-Cats Online Antiques and Collectables Store in the same condition as they were sent and have not been altered or tampered with.
- Aly-Cats Online Antiques and Collectables Store receive email notification (within 7 days of the arrival of your order) of your intention to return the goods.
Please note: If your order has been lost or damaged in transit we will sort this out for you - for more information see missing/damaged orders.
Refund Procedure
Here are the steps to take to get your refund:
1. Within 7 days of receiving your product please contact Aly-Cats Antique and Collectables Store by emailing returns@aly-cats.co.uk and inform us of your intention to return the goods, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
2. Wrap the goods in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
3. Once you have received a confirmation email from Aly-Cats, take your goods to the post office and return them to us by the postage method specified in the email and to the address stated below.
4.Please ensure you get a free proof of postage certificate from the post office when you send the parcel - otherwise Aly-Cats may not be able to refund you, if your returned parcel goes missing in transit.

Terms & Conditions of Sale By agreeing to order products on this site the buyer agrees to buy at the price and in the way described on the site. The seller's acceptance of the order is conditional on receipt of payment, the ability of the seller to provide the product or service and there being no error or innocent misrepresentation by either party. Where, for any reason the product/service cannot be provided within 30 days any payment will be fully refunded. All refunds are given at the discretion of the company management.
The buyer accepts responsibility for judging the suitability of the product for the buyers required purpose.
The products, any advice, and the presentation of the products have been prepared in accordance with English Law, but the seller does not claim that they necessarily accord with the laws of other countries.
To the extent permitted by law the seller excludes any warranties in relation to the product. However, the buyer's statutory rights are not affected.
The buyer acknowledges that the seller may retain and use the buyers details provided with this order. The seller confirms that it will not pass these details to other parties without the buyer's consent, except to the extent required to perform this contract.
Any sale or service is subject to English law and the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.
